I tried to watch the Super Bowl from the cloud DVR in 4K on the latest Apple TV box. It worked fine until the 4th Quarter. I was about ten minutes behind the live stream, but with 2:30 left in the game the recording stopped. Cloud DVR was supposed to extend the recording to the end of the game, but that feature still doesn't work.
I've had this problem before, but I expected DTV to have it fixed for the, um, BIGGEST SPORTS EVENT OF THE YEAR. But nope, it still doesn't work.
So I switched to the live stream with a defective picture, only missing two scores in the 4th quarter and most of the opening drive in OT.
Is DTV ever going to fix this problem or do I have to take my business elsewhere? The status quo is unacceptable and DTV has done nothing to fix it.

I recorded the 4k channel of the superbowl.
Now on playback it’s only in 1080p.
The preshows that recorded are showing 4k.
