RECORDINGS NOT STARTING ON TIME ...

For the past week or so some of my recordings aren't starting on time.  One was 6 minutes into the program (Judge Judy) and a lot of them start about 1-2 minutes into the programming.  This (I think) is a recent occurrence and is a DEAL BREAKER for me.  I've had to go to my Direct TV Satellite to watch the start of programming.  And some shows I don't get on my satellite service.  I watch only 24/7 news live.  Everything else gets recorded.  Direct TV Stream, what's going on?

I think you will find it's the TV station not showing the program at the right time.

Not true because I've recorded the same shows, at the same time, from the same station and DTV Satellite isn't having that problem.  Starts exactly ontime.  It's the streaming service failing.

We recommend you to try some basic troubleshooting steps to correct most common issues
, and make sure your device is updated.

     1. Restart your device - press the red button on the side or unplug it for 30 seconds, then turn it back in.
     2. Check for DIRECTV STREAM device software updates

I have 3 devices, including a Dtv stream box, and have never had this issue. 

I'd say this is a "you" issue. I looked at your past posts seems like you just make stuff up.

If you're talking to me then you're a very rude person and and I for the life of me cannot understand what would make you say that.  I've been with Direct TV Satellite since 1998 and also post on the DBSTalk forum.  I'm keeping both DTV services until I see that their streaming service is reliable and stable.  I don't "make things up".  I can certainly call their tech support but I'm starting with posting here to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.  Most people might not realize the late start unless they have something else to compare it to.

Well DirecTV Stream does not have phone support - only chat support.

@DIRECTVhelp Wonderful! Another DM that want be shared with anyone here in the forum. Subscribers need to know solutions to these types of issues. Nothing personal or confidential again. What is the purpose of these DM's? Are you afraid of acknowledging your lack of technical skill? This is wrong.
