recordings to ATT Cloud

recordings to ATT Cloud do not work for DIRECTV programs, using the record button on remote to set a program to record either while playing live or future time/date does not work.

What do you mean could you please go into a little more detail?  Because I am confused ATT&T is separate from Directv and Directv Stream so more information is needed to help you!

the record function for recording the programming on DIRECTV coming via the AT&T Internet stream has stopped working. programs chosen to record are on upcoming recording list but do not record. tried recording a program playing live and will not record. although message on screen says the program is recording.

Do you have Directv Sat. Service or Directv Stream?

There is no AT&T involvement here. The service is either DirecTV satellite or DirecTV Stream internet based.

There was an issue with the cloud dvr last night and this morning. I had the same issue recordings were not in the list --and---recordings would not delete. Even though they weren't being listed u can still go to the show and watch the latest episode. They are "recording" --just not showing up in the dvr. Same thing showing on the stream website interface. But that glitch stopped for me a couple of hours ago.

Right. Something was wonky yesterday. Couldn't seem to delete recordings. And some shows were listed as "Recording" even though they were long finished.
