Yes, you can record those networks. And it depends on your streaming device. If your streaming device does not utilize "location services", then you'll continue to see your home location stations, not the stations local to your vacation home. For example, when we travel with our Roku, we continue to see our home location stations regardless of our actual location. But our iPhone/iPads see the stations where we're traveling.

If your device doesn't have location service, content is provided by Billing Zip code only, you can set recordings for the Local channels of the Home Designated Market Area, and RSN based on the billing ZIP Code.
