Recordings

I tried to set up a future recording and I get a message there’s a recording problem. I have a Roku ultra. Anyone else having issues?

No error code and it’s on the channels

How about if you try on another device like your phone, tablet, or PC?

Well, sounds like an account issue. That's the only thing in common. I would contact support and discuss with a rep.
