Regional Sports Channel not recording
A game that is simulcast on a national channel and the regional channel, which is setup to record both, is not recorded on the regional, only on the national. Specifics:
Game 1 and 2 of the Vegas Golden Knights vs. Winnipeg Jets were shown, and set to record, on ESPN2 (game 1), TBS (game 2) and AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain (game 1 and 2).
Only the ESPN and TBS reocrdings are successful.
The AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain recordings are nowhere to be found.
The pre-game and postgame on AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain programs were both successfully recorded, but not the game in-between.
I tried to set a recording of the re-air broadcast the next morning on AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain but upon clicking the program, it claims that it has already been recorded and if I click it, it takes me to the TBS recording.
What I want is to be able to record the game on AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain. Please fix. Thank you.

So I talked to DIRECTV, I chatted with DIRECTV, and I posted on the DIRECTV forums. Customer service said they were going to call back, that this issue will be escalated, technical experts will be on it, yada-yada. And then it happens again. Game 3, which just concluded, was set to record on AT&T SN RM and TBS. Same game but different coverage, different play-by-play/color. And, again, it successfully recorded TBS but completely failed to record AT&T SN RM. What a disappointment.

So the only way to record the regional is to NOT record the national at the same time. So you CANNOT record both the regional and the national, even though they're on different channels, with different coverage. At this point in time, this is unacceptable.
