Regional sports channels error code 0033
I have the Choice subscription and is unable to get my local sports channel MASN. MASN uses Direct Streaming as one of there providers and not able to log in. Getting a 0033 error code

They had to resync my account. Working now

Why can’t you use the actual DIRECTV STREAM application to watch MASN? What streaming device do you have?

MASN channel is not showing up. I think it’s supposed to be there and isn’t. I am using a Fire stick

Right, it SHOULD be there. Try seeing if you can access it on the ‘DIRECTV’ app for your mobile device or tablet. If not, a favorites list could be the issue. Simply first try restarting the Fire Stick and reinstalling the DIRECTV STREAM app.

On my phone app only getting channels 2-500. MASN is 640. Will delete any reload. Will try the same on the Fire stick
