Remote Controls 2 same brand TVs in separate rooms.

We have 2 Vizio TVs mounted in 2 separate rooms but they happen to be back to back sharing opposite sides of the same wall. If TV (1) is streaming in one room and the separate remote for TV (2) is used in the other room it will effect and control TV(1).  Even if TV (1) is off and then the remote for TV(2) is turned on, then TV(1) will also come on. The Direct Streaming devices are inputted on HDMI-1 for TV(1) and HDMI-3 for TV(2), Once TV(2) is turned on TV(1) changes its input to HDMI(3).

Apparently the RF is traveling through the wall and effects the other TV. So here are my questions:

1.Is this because both TV's are same brand and reacting to the streaming remote RF signal since they are positioned so close to each?

2. Does this happen to other same brand TV' s such as Samsung, LG etc.?

3. What is the fix or REMOTE SETTINGS? We could swap one of the TV's with a different brand but who knows if that will still fix issue, again making a stretch assumption here..
