Roku Streaming Stick 4k video freezes after watching DirecTV app first thing in the morning.

Every morning, i turn on TV, launch DirectTV app from Roku home menu, begin watching a station, and the video freezes after about 10 seconds.  Sound continues normal.  If i leave app and go to home page and go back into it, the same thing happens.  Other apps like Netflix work ok.  I have to reboot Roku Stick with button on the stick and then that solves the problem.  But i have to do this every morning - reach behind TV and reboot stick.    Stick is about 5 feet from WIFI router and i get 500 mbs download speeds via Fiber.
