This appeared in the bottom left of our screen. Anybody know how to get it off?

What screen? What device? Your TV? Computer? Tablet?
That message is almost certainly not coming from your DirecTV Stream device or app.

Right. The only possibility of this would be a corrupt DIRECTV STREAM Osprey Box due to a failed update. But, even then, it wouldn’t display such a message. Sounds like it’s coming from a computer or Android device if anything.
How can we improve?
