Samsung QLED TV has a small delay in clarity

So my Samsung has this clarity issue when starting up or changing channels. It turns on okay and changes channels okay but the picture/channel name isn't as clear as it should be then after about 20-25 seconds BAM everything is awesome. It's like it's trying to adjust from HD to UHD if that makes sense. What is causing this? FYI The TV is wired directly into the router

My Samsung TV app does the same thing. It's the app and/or internet speed issue. I got a Dtv stream box and the picture is always clear and the experience is 1000x better.

Did you get the box from DTV or someplace else?

These are some steps about how to reboot your receiver to fix DIRECTV service issues like pixelation, bad picture or trouble with sound:

Restart your receiver
- There are a few ways to reset your receiver. You can press the reset button, unplug it, or restore it to factory settings.
Press the reset button
1. Locate the reset button. On most DIRECTV receivers, there is a small red button located inside the access card door. With others, the button is on the side of the receiver.
2. Press the red button, then wait for your receiver to reboot.

Note: To reset a Genie Mini you need to restart the main Genie too. Resetting your DIRECTV Genie and Genie Mini restores local channels.
1. Unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver. Wait for your receiver to reboot.

Sorry Fernanda, I guess I wasn't clear. This problem is with DirecTV Stream. I have no box to reset.

Please try uninstalling the app and installing it back on your TV, if the issues continues, check the operating system of the TV and make sure it's updated to the latest version.
