Serious matter and fraud, Customer Service Represented horrible service...

Since I move to Alameda in July 2021

All my service is AT&DirectvT going back over twenty years . The internet speed take times to get on. Their Directv Steam giving me problem. here the log in and time I spend on the phone taking to yours represented, Sept schdule are 9/14 Cris 1:30pm his supervisor Vanessa, Renz on 9/15 at 9:10 am no new order found my other Directv new  account at 9219 Holly St Oakland show up at my 559 Buena Vista ave in Alameda Ca. take and reschedule the next day 2 days off work   9/16 supervisor Robin at 11:30am and serval more represented that day. Kathy supervisor at 11:45am  Contact again the billing department talk to Joshue/JQ1084 ID on 10/12 at 3;00pm inform me that there was Fraud payment. Sept three different Directv payment on my debit card transaction. I have to contact my bank at CHASE of those fraud department. On 10/24 talk to Tom at 6:08pm. He reply to me there no record of my accounts. Talk to Ocar on 10/25 at 11:40am, asking to speak to a supervisor and hang up on me...On 10/25 talk to Nachalia at 9:20am kept me on hold over 1/2 hr. Same day talk to Arcae at 10:40am hang up on me. Same day Grace at 11:30am. Same day Carla at 11:40am and Jack at 2:05pm the supervisor, Past serval days they had me going to the mono and unplug tv.. They have me keep going and try to used another emai make up new email. All this times and talking to all those represented knowing they have all my person information and pass code. The lists go on and on. I going through serious stress and have two back  surgery and foot surgery. At this point I have no TV service in the pasts week(NOTHING) Have a doctor appt with my Pain Management on Thurs 10/28. She has all my record of my continual crazy madness your Company put me through.. Lets along whom other customers being treating so badly , Never in my life I experience such horrible service from ATT/Diretv...

Same here!!! But only 3 days. Calling bank to stop any charges coming in from AT&T and direct TV!! Last time today was in a run around and hold for over 3 hours!! SMFH!!!!
