starlink and diret tv stream not working

i have starlink and my direct tv stream was working for over a month then today 09/05/2022 it stopped and direct tv stream is giving me an error to try again later or that "your network conditions may be degrading your video stream" and then i cannot get any content. it wont even start the app. I am frustrated. can one help me with this error or do i need to cancel service.

I am getting 37 upload but I live in a big house with starlink mesh and it worked until today

What about download speed? What device are you using with Dtv Stream?

Internet download speed can affect your DIRECTV STREAM viewing experience. We suggest speeds of 8Mbps per stream or more to deliver an optimal viewing. So, if you’re watching DIRECTV STREAM on 10 devices at home, we recommend a minimum speed of 80Mbps.

It was working for over a month then just today stopped working frustrating  I have 40mps download 8 upload and it worked until today

If you only use 1 of those devices do you still get the same error? Or only when using all 4 at the same time

@Ludwick577 i only use one device at a time but it’s worked for over a month then all of a sudden poof

You should contact starlink and ask them. They are the problem.

How consistent is your Starlink satellite connection? Intermittent dropouts due to satellite blockage or disruptions are likely causing this issue.

i have 167 download i dont think the speed is the problem it was working just fine last month and the last night since @DIRECTVhelp got it to work a few days ago but we had a power outage and it stopped working again . Starlink never has disconnected at all been great service. All my other streaming platforms have worked its strickly Direct tv stream that doesnt
