Strange music and frozen picture
This is the weirdest issue yet. We were watching DIRECTV Stream on a C71KW-400 box and suddenly, the picture froze and it started playing what sounded like video game music. The music would start over every time we changed the channel and then the channel would try to play, but then the music would start over again. Rebooting it fixed the issue, so this is more of a “has anyone else had this happen

Likely just a once-in-a-couple-moments event that caused the system to freak out. As long as rebooting fixed the issue, you should be good to go. If this happens more frequently, I suggest checking your TV connections, and maybe request a replacement if nothing seems to get fixed.
