Stream DVR

When we select a recording, screen darkens like normal but my recording never comes up! Tried several recordings, 3 different TVs, power cycle, checked for updates. Still have problem. It worked this morning.

It must have been a Stream issue. All my recordings are working now on all my TVs.

Just fyi I am running Firestick 4k on my TV's.

About 6:30 pm in Oklahoma when it started working.

What specific recording (include movie/show and channel)? Does this happen on other recordings? What streaming devices on your 3 TVs?

Same issue here.  Tried it on Apple TV and firestick both did not work.

Our team is already aware of this issue since there is a National confirmed outage related to the DVR features with the Amazon Fire TV/Stick, Apple TV, and Android devices on the DIRECTV Stream service.
