Stream interrupted often

I've sub'd do directv stream 8 days ago and have never had that issue. I'm using the Dtv Stream box.

I have the same issue. Usually once an hour or so, I get a message stating "video still loading" or "not connected" or it just freezes. Resetting always cures it, but that's a pain in the neck. When I run diagnostics or check the system, it's always connected with 80+ mps. I like the service but don't know how long I'll keep it with these interruptions. Every night. multiple times. Just not acceptable.

I've seen it happen once when the video stopped playing kind of Frozen and some text across the screen came up saying network congestion can cause video to not play properly or something to that effect. I was the only one in the house and no one else was using up any bandwidth on a gig pipe

I am using Roku box for tv

What internet speed do u have? 

500mbps…. Netflix, and every thing else works smoothly, just have problems with nfl games on direct tv stream

Getting someone like DTV Stream to correct their technical inabilities is like spitting in the wind....

I think their servers are overwhelmed during NFL games, but they don’t admit it.

I am using Greenlight here in upstate NY at 500 mbps… all my other streaming apps work without a hitch.

Nope. Having no issues here. Streaming with no hiccups. Perhaps maybe your data path is congested.

Watching NFL ---stream is smooth not 1 problem.
