Stream on fire stick no network connection

Every time I restart the app it tells me no network connection. I’ve restarted the app, deleted and reloaded the app, restarted the fire stick to no avail. The only solution is to log out of my account and log back in every time I load the app. Very annoying. Happening on all 3 of my fire stick tvs.

A similar issue with "No network connection" has been reported, BUT for AppleTV - I wonder if this is along the same lines. I haven't seen FireTV issues like the one described here recently.

Definitely requires investigation on the DIRECTV side.

Might try a factory reset on the device.

All 3 devices failed at once. Seems like a DTV issue to me.

Hi @Speetste, we want to help with the connectivity on your Fire Stick devices.
 

If you haven't yet, please clear the DIRECTV STREAM app cache and data by following those steps:

1- Select Settings, then Apps, and then Manage Installed Apps.
2- Choose the DIRECTV STREAM app.
3- Select Clear cache and Clear data from the window that appears.
 

Let us know how your devices work after completing the steps above, we'll keep an eye on it.

Completed those steps. Not fixed. Still have to log in every time I load the app.

The app says no connection on ALL the AppleTV devices I have access to today.  ALLLLL.  All the other apps work, but not DStream.  It is a YOU problem.  FIX IT!  Or I'm ditching my service.  It's already been spotty. 

And yes, I have reset the devices, reinstalled the apps, all the things.
