Stream quality is awful

Getting a lot of glitched streaming watching the Rangers game using DStream through our Roku device.  Everything else is working (Roku, other devices, etc), just getting a garbled steam for DStream channels (same problem across other channels). How can we check if there are up-stream issues and if DirectTV is aware that the service is Garbo?

Thanks @GDaniel767 !  I downloaded the Bally’s app to bypass DirectTV and cast to the TV - worked like a champ!  Much appreciated sir.

For the DirectTV techs that have found time to reply to everyone except the guy that started the thread, ya’ll are my hero’s.  Keep doing what you do!

Getting a lot of picture breakups on the Bally Sports Atlanta Braves feed also, on Roku, Apple TV, and Android phone devices. Picture is normal when using the Ballys sports app.

I also have this issue watching the Royals on Ballys KC,  All other channels are fine.  The Ballys app is fine.  Family member on Uverse says picture is fine.  Seems to be at DTV problem.

Only can an obsolete cable provider find a way to replicate these issues to a streaming platform…. Makes me feel like I should be adjusting antennas.  Can’t really find any useful information anywhere within DirectTV.  What a racked these guys are running to have to subscribe to watch the local team…

I am also having pixel distortion today as well as the last 7 months. Today was worse. Spent 54 minutes with Tech chat which did not fix issue. It’s being passed up to next level tech Monday. Crazy thing is that I can Airplay from iPad and it works perfect. BUT switching channels using Airplay turns on captioning. HUH…..so I have to turn off iPad app and start over when switching channels. MANY CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT SAME ISSUE and ATT can’t seem to fix the STREAMING APP. USED THROUGH ROKU. I have Sling, Peacock, and Prime….NO PIXEL PROBLEMS.
