stream to the directv app

suddenly my directv app at home says i am using too many devices?  how is that possible since at home you get unlimited devices?  how do i even tell what my home network is set too?  i dont see anything in the app or in the web login that shows it?

What streaming device(s) are you using?

What sort of internet service do you have?

This can happen if your internet service provider changes your IP address too often.

ip had never changed.. i tried it on all my tvs none of them worked.. it did work on my pc though.

I see comments on IPs changing?  That rarely happens with anyone these days. 

I also have an issue with them using Ip to decide if I am at my house.. I have 2 different ISPs at my house.  I am home.. Why are these companies allowed to provide a service that doesnt work at my home.  netflix and youtube tv do the same thing..   

Its not my fault they created a service that doesnt work..

It's your ISP's fault for changing your modem's IP location. Complain to your ISP not DirecTV.
