stream.directv.com website version update is buggy

The latest version of the DirecTV stream web site 4.0.343.401 is horribly broken on a Windows 10 touchscreen in just basic things.

• My Library - DVR Recordings - Upcoming Recordings "link": Most of the time it doesn't even pop up, when it does it no longer has the channel information and the whole slide to cancel is just bad design, no confirmation, just gone.  It is not resizable and defaults to a tiny popup
• My Library - DVR Recordings: Again the popup is small and flaky to come up, and again who thought a slide to delete with no confirmation was good UI?
• Channel Guide - The click / press to hold channel option to popup long term programs has serious scrolling issues where as you scroll down it jumps around making it hard to actually scroll and find shows
• The little currently playing hover box is flaky on displaying the exit "X" button, half the time it never even shows up.

Tried, tested and duplicated on Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

Does DirecTV even test this before they roll it out?  The previous version while it had some flaws at least was functional...
