I have Verizon Fios Gigabit internet and my Samsung Smart TV is connected via ethernet cable. I am experiences spinning circle every few minutes and it is so annoying because when the picture comes back of course it takes another 20sec to not be blurry. I checked my internet speed and download was 674mbps. I should not have this issue. Please help.

Have you tried what DirecTV recommends on this page?

Add an external device and your issues will go away. The Samsung app is notorious for issues since its conception with little improvement over the years.
For DirecTV Satellite, call 1-800-531-5000.
For DirecTV Stream, call 1-888-429-4023.

Your internet is fine....
I have the same problems and all I've heard is Samsung is at fault and get a 3rd Party device.
There are problems with both DirecTV and Samsung and since I've been reading the Forums, the problem is pretty widespread with some other devices as well.
When will they learn that passing the buck will always bite you in the butt.

All we, the community (not DIRECTV) are saying is that this has been an ongoing issue for the client on the Samsung TVs pretty much since launch of the service. If they were going to put forth the effort to fix it, you would have though they would have done so by now. Even if they do intend to fix it, the track record says that it probably won't be soon. If you wish to watch DIRECTV stream content on your Samsung TV without the errors you're having, you might want to give a separate streaming device a try.
Or you can switch to a different provider that has an embedded Samsung TV client that works perfectly.
