Streaming limit Problems on a Grandfathered Gotta Have it Plan

I'm An early Adopter of Directv Now with a grandfathered Gotta Have It Plan with 3 streams and own 3 Osprey boxes 2 of the C71KW-200 and 1 of the C71KW-400. I also have 3 roku, and various other stream boxes and 3 computers, and on media server, we use to connect at my vacation home, my main house, my retirement home, and my place of business, there is only three of us and at any giving time, we will have 1 to 3 people watching in 1 to 2 locations. Up until tonight, we haven't even got the too many stream messages. Tonight only one device at a time is able to log in and we can't watch more than 1 stream on any device at any location. Customer service hasn't been any help! They escalated it but still not resolved,

  • Look for DIRECTV STREAM app updates in your app store. If available, update your app and restart your device.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV STREAM app.

Same issue here. Historically we have been able to stream multiple devices at the same time but can only stream one at a time now and thats only if it's through the app installed on the TV. Haven't been able to cast via Chromecast since yesterday.
