Streaming limit
Why am I getting this error message about reaching my streaming limit at home if only 2 TV's are streaming? And my son who is away at school is now getting that same error message, but that should not be an issue because it should go towards the limit of 3 devices outside the home. According to the DirecTV Stream website: "You can stream DirecTV Stream on up to 20 compatible devices connected to you home network at the same time. And, use up to three of those streams on the go." But I'm only able to get 2 at a time?!

A maximum of 3 streaming devices can be accessed out of home. But "Only two streaming devices connected to a TV can be accessed out of the home."

But I'm getting the error message inside my home. AND my son is getting the message outside the home. I'm perplexed and honestly don't understand how the whole thing works. I've read several q & a's about this topic on this site, and just don't get it. It should be more transparent.

At this point it might be best just to contact support and discuss with a support rep. They should be able to clear the connection that are active and shed some insight on what is going on.
