Streaming Limits simultaneously on 1 channel

Over the weekend, I had a football party with a packed house.  I had plans for 4 tv's tuned to the FOX network for the game.  2 tv's have boxes, the other 2 running Directv Stream app via firestick.  When I went to tune in the 4th TV, I was unable to load the channel and it stated "too many simultaneous streams".  I thought that there were up to 20 streams available in my home network.  Just an error at an inconvenient time?

FOX has a 3 stream limit. ACEs should know this.

That sounds like an unusual error. You should get twenty streams in your home network at once. Unless, of course, all streaming devices were connected to a secondary connection that was considered an ‘on-the go’ stream. Customers get three instantaneous streams when on the go so perhaps that was the reason for the error. Otherwise, restart the streaming device and reinstall the DIRECTV STREAM app.
