sucky Service
When ATT went to Direct Tv, the service went to crap. I spend more time seeing no internet connection yet my computer is online. Your service (Edited per community guidelines). Your shows are always loading. I just turned everything off and on again because it was just loading for 25 minutes, and I pay for this. You need to fix this NOW!
Anyone else have the same problems?

Your Samsung TV is fine. It's the DirecTV App for your samsung that is the problem.
DirecTV is supposedly working on a fix but many of us long time users of the service have been having issues for over three weeks.

I'd like to know if we can get a rate adjustment for the intermittent service we've been dealing with for over three weeks.

Samsung released a Dtv app update a few days ago. U have to go into the apps section under the home button then scroll to the left---go down to apps and click dtv stream app it should update. I used my Samsung tv app is a backup b/c I have a stream box--but I checked the app and the issues were fixed. What version number is your app?

@g_mingolelli I would contact support and ask about credits. In the past they have offered credits.
