The voice and picture is jerky.

For several weeks our TV has been poor connection. The voice is breaking up and pic is erratic. I’ve checked all my TVs and they have the same issue. Can you help us clear this issue. It happens just occasionally, so it is frustrating. Please help with this issue.

Since you are using the Directv Streaming Box or the Osprey Box I would try doing a Red Button Reset on all your boxes.  There is a little red button on the side of the box hold that button in until the box restarts. Do this on all your little boxes.  That should hopefully fix your issue.

Do you have Directv Streaming Service or Directv Satellite service?

If you are a streaming customer what are you using to Stream your Directv service (such as Directv Streaming Box, Roku, Fire Stick, etc...)?

We are streaming. No Satellite service. Have a Small box for each TV.

It’s on all channels.  It happens quickly some times so when I change channels it appears OK. It happens often.

What little box are you using to stream?  Are you using a Directv Streaming Box?

Boosters for what? Are you not going directly into your router? What device are you using? Saying a little box on the TV is useless.

When I set up the account ATT gave us a device for each TV. Model is C71KW-400. No other descripti9n other than a serial number. I ordered the ATT WiFi boosters for the internet to allow the whole house to have WiFi.

24 hours and no more issues . Thank you for suggesting the reset on all the boxes. It’s working great. Wish I had contacted you a month ago.
