This stream limit thing is awful
Seriously, what's the deal with DirecTV Stream limit, and that DirecTV Stream actually expects residential customers to:
A) Have the ability to purchase a static IP (which most residential internet providers don't allow)
B) Actually pay for a static IP address if in the rare event one is available from their provider.
I have Verizon FiOS, not exactly a small time ISP. I have no idea why my IP changes, I have no control over it. All I know is that I'm going to be forced to cancel DirecTV Stream becuse this is untenable.
They have satellites orbiting the planet but can't figure out a better, more accurate way to determine whether streams are coming from a home location?

In other posts, other users resorted to VPN temporarily until this issue gets fixed. The same thing is happening with Starlink internet
