Time on ABC channel is off but only on one tv
I have DirecTV Stream. Three televisions connect using a DirecTV Stream box and a 4th connects using an Amazon FireStick. I noticed today that when I watch ABC on one of the tv's, ABC is one hour behind the actual time. I was watching Good Morning America on one tv, turned it off and went to another room to continue watching Good Morning America. When I turned on the tv to the same ABC channel, what appeared on my screen was an hour old. I checked the other tvs and they were all correct and in synch and all were showing the same segment of the show. ABC is showing on the tv in the living room but the programming on that channel is one hour behind. The DirecTV Guide is now off as well. What's weird is... it looks like ABC is the only channel affected. All other 140 channels appear to be broadcasting correctly as far as time. I've already verified that the clock time in the tv settings is correct so it's not that. I'm thinking it's something with the DirecTV Stream box for that tv. Should I reboot it? If anyone has experienced this or has any other ideas, please reply.

Hello. Thank you for the details. This is an unusual issue since you should be able to watch the channel in every box within the same time and not an hour behind. Let us take a closer look into this, in the meantime, follow the next steps https://www.directv.com/support/article/000093679 to reset your box and check your private messages to continue the assistance. I tried rebooting the Gemini box by pressing the red reset button. That did not resolve the issue. I tried unplugging the power cord from the Gemini box. That did not resolve the issue.

Hold the reset button for 20 seconds to perform a factory reset. This should resolve your issue.

I did the factory reset and now I have no tv at all. Screen appeared with a large icon of the DirecTV remote telling me to press the OK button. I pressed the OK button and it looked like nothing was happening. After maybe a minute, the screen changed and told me to press and hold the Rewind and Fast Forward buttons on the remote for 3 seconds. I did that. Nothing else has changed. It's been a couple of minutes. Something should have changed by now? Can't tell if it's stuck... or if it's working.
Update: It's been 12 minutes since I pressed the rewind and fast forward buttons per the instructions but the factory reset seems to be stuck on this step. There has been no change since I pressed the buttons. What the heck do I do now? I have NO TV at all now!!!!!!!!!!!!! Performing the factory reset has made the problem 10 times worse now!!

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your TV after doing a factory reset. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get your TV back up and running. First, please unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on. We're sending you a DM, let’s meet there to continue assisting you. The Community Specialist reset my account.... and although there were several other things done in this troubleshooting episode, resetting my account is what may have been what resolved the problem. When that was done, I had to go through some set up things on the tv that are normally done when DirecTV is first installed but it only took a few minutes. After the set up completed, I double-checked and the problem I was having with ABC programming being an hour behind has been resolved!! I am relieved and happy. Thank you Community Specialists!!
