Time-line and image remain on screen after rewinding

When rewinding recorded or live tv the timelsine with image will remain on screen and is stuck. It overlays the program as it continues and am no longer able to interact with it. Have to exit the application to correct and trto find the spot again to view only for the application to have the bug again until I just give up on using the rewind button since it's buggy.
