Trouble Loading Content when using DIRECTV Streaming app on iPad

I receive a message stating “trouble loading content” when I try to watch a channel on my iPad

Have you tried reinstalling the app and putting in your credentials again? Is your iPad running the latest IOS version and is the DIRECTV app fully updated? What ‘channel’ were you trying to watch and does this occur on all content?

The iPad is running the latest OS, I have removed and reinstalled the DTV app.  I’m not sure of the bandwidth.  However, my other iPad has No problem in the same environment

Are both running the same OS version? The one with the newest recently updated? It was working before the upgrade?

Both are running the same OS.  I upgraded both yesterday.  We are in a hospital environment.  One works, the other does not.  The same holds for our home environment.

The issue occurs on all channels.  We are able to launch and use Netflix in the same environment.
