Two houses on one account

I am considering converting from U-Verse to DIRECTV Stream.  I will have 3 DIRECTV stream boxes at my house and use the app on my Apple iPad and iPhone. I will also use the app on a Amazon FireTV stick on a tv that is rarely used. My question is, can I install and use the app on a Samsung TV located in my sister’s house in a different city and state from where I live? Is doing so within the Terms of Service?  If I opt for the unlimited DVR option, will my sister be able to record and playback her programs, and is there a way to keep them separate from my DVR recordings? Would the app at my sister’s place get her local tv channels or my local tv channels?

Yes, you can install the app on your sister's Samsung TV as sharing is allowed but the app for Samsung is very buggy and sometimes does not work very well.  I would recommend that she use an external device such as Directv Box/Roku/Fire Stick so that she does not have issues viewing. Also, you will also need to make sure you set your home network or you will only be able to have 3 streams.  The DVR would be shared there is no way to keep the recordings separate at this time.  I am not sure about the locals as I share with my elderly mother and she lives fairly close to me and we have the same locals.  Hope this helps.
