two televisions
I haven't received the new "box" which I need to stream? I was told that I would be able to stream right away. I was told to go to the apps on my smart tv and I should see the Direct TV as an option. It is not there, and I'm not sure what is wrong with the product

If you can not download the app, then your RV is nor supported. What brand is your TV?

Not all Samsung models are supported. You can find supported models and devices here If you can not find the app or download it, then your model is not supported.

In theory all Samsung smart TVs (perhaps other than very low models) from model year 2017 or later should be supported, and all older are not. Have you made sure your TV's firmware is up to date?
