unable to access closed captioning on hbo max
Every channel on my TVs have cc. Yesterday I order hbo max and with it received hbo. Now hbo (not max) the cc works fine, however, I can not get the settings page for max to initiate cc. I need this feature, sever hearing impaired and basically tv is worthless to me without cc. Has anyone experienced this same problem?

Okay, it was resolved by using the down button on my remote. Pressing the button opened a window that allowed me to engage cc. I did it quite fast, so, maybe try pushing it once, then twice, or once and the bubble button once. Anyway, the window should open in the right hand side of the screen.

What streaming device are you using to access the HBO Max App?

Is the HBO Max installed on your AT&T Streaming box? Or installed as a TV App? What brand/model TV do you have?

But are you using the HBO max in the apps from your ATT streaming box or the HBO max app on your Samsung tv's app store? Any device that has apps is a streaming device. Your ATT box is a streaming device and your Samsung TV is a streaming device.
