Unable to record ANYTHING!

New DirecTV Stream user. I get this error when I attempt to record ANYTHING - episode or series - so not able to record at all, via mobile app nor Roku TV app. I have the standard recording plan. Any ideas?

DirecTV apparently forgot to add the free 20 hours of recording to my account. Once they did, issue resolved. Thx!
