Unable to watch Bally Sports South (RSN) on Direct Stream app via Apple TV

RSN appears on my guide, however when I select the channel an information page appears asking if I'd like to 'restart.' Regardless of the option selected (i.e. YES or NO), I remain on the same information page without streaming access. I have my home IP address updated (hence the appearance of the RSN on my guide). 

Please advise.

Just to confirm, are you able to watch Bally Sports South in a different device such as smartphone or laptop? Besides, you can also try to uninstall and re-install the DIRECTV STREAM app to fix common issues.

No; I am not able to watch Bally (RSN) on any device. iPhone, Laptop or TV. My iphone performs the same as the TV (stuck on the 'information screen') and my laptop has an entirely different RSN on the guide (MESN; Washington/Maryland area).

Please keep in mind that Regional Sports Networks available to view are based on the Location Service of the device, so let's make sure to follow the next steps:
 

1. The Location Service must be turned ON to view all programming.
Local channels, RSNs, national networks, Cloud DVR, etc.

 

2. If the Location Service is turned OFF, you receive message when accessing the DIRECTV STREAM app, Your Location Services setting is off, so you can’t watch programs until you go your Settings and turn it on.

3. If you select "Cancel" within the message, you will see the channels in the Guide as the information is cached but will not be able to view programming.

I have location services on for all three devices and still no changes. I have uninstalled the app from both my phone and apple TV to no avail. Further, why is my guide showing RSN from another location via my laptop? Please advise; the sole reason for subscribing to Direct Stream is for RSN.

Billing address is correct. I will cancel services - I purchased this for the RSN; it’s literally the only thing I can’t see.
