Upgrade your account message when trying to watch a show on Starz

I get a message saying I need to upgrade my account in order to watch a movie. I've tried from my FireTV & my cellphone & get the same error.

Does your current programing package contain Starz? If not it is just telling you need to upgrade to a different package or add Starz to your current programing.

If you are paying for Starz, try resetting your device. If that doesn't work you may need to contract DirecTV Stream to have them look into your problem.

Thanks. Yes, my package includes Starz. I don't think it's isolated to the device because I'm getting the same message when trying to watch on my phone also. I did however restart my FireTv & uninstall/reinstall the App on my phone, but the issue persists. I'll just give them a call. Thanks again.
