Using firestick and CBS NFL game sometimes stops streaming and getting sorry, this channel not working….

This happened to me lasts week while watching the Chiefs and Texan NFL game.  I was watching it and then the message comes on about “sorry, this channel is not working….”  But I have to go out of the Direct TV Stream and then try to return to the channel.  It is frustrating.  It wasn’t until like 20 minutes later the channel came back on.  The other Direct Stream channels were working great, but this has happened to me several times.  I unplugged the firestick and replugged, etc.  This is so annoying and I wondered if I need to use my Direct TV Box?
