When I DVR A Network Show - It is picking up the Wrong Local Channel ?

I was living in the suburbs of Atlanta Georgia and was planning a move to Southeast Florida - so I ordered DirectTV Stream. They sent me the 2 Gemini Air Streaming devices to my Georgia Address and I took the 2 Air's with me to Florida on the move. I had a profesional installation done a few days after I moved in for my ATT Internet and the installer set my 2 DirectTV Stream's up for me on my 2 TVS. Everything was set up perfectlly (so I thought). I am picking up all of the local channels in my area when I watch live TV. Then one day I set up the DVR to record a network show on FOX in the evening. A few days later I went to watch the program and I was shocked to see that I was watching a local Atlanta preemption of the network show for breaking news in Atlanta. Why did the DVR pick up that channel instead of my local Fox station ?  Then I noticed I tape a series of ABC and when I was watching the show a few days later - the local promos inserted during the commercials were also local Atlanta promos. As I said when I watch a show live it is always local promos - it is only what is being recorded by the DVR that is picking up the wrong local broadcast. I checked and my account has my Florida address not the original address that they sent the equipment to when I ordered  DirectTV Stream. I can not figure out how to fix the issue ?  Any ideas ?
