Getting Message "There's a problem with this channel. Whoops, looks like the video feed for this channel isn't working. Please choose something else to watch wile they try to get it going again."
This only occurs on the local NBC (KLAF-LP)affiliate and it has happened at least 8 times in the last 2 hours.

What device are you using to stream? Have you tested on any other device like a phone, tablet, PC to see if it is working?

Try doing a red button reset along with rebooting your modem and router. Hopefully, that will help.
