Why does my Dtv stream account keep getting shut down, but only on the PC?

Simple as the subject.  I have 5 different ways to watch apple tv in my home.  Two are on PC's which is my preferred way to watch after work.  Why is it, that I am now, once again, getting the dreaded message:

The limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached. Select Forgot user ID or Forgot password to restore access.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]
Since being an original investor in this business, I'm impressed with how far they will go to not fix problems.  It's almost like it's intentional.  My cost continues to rise, but there is very little in the service department that would ever make me recommend this group for anything.
Customer service is a joke and even the website link to chat with someone is broken.  Goodness.  I'm glad that I am able to hold people that I work with to a higher order.  Fix this, please.

When I said watching Apple TV, I meant it directly to how I watch DTV Stream.  Thanks

Care codes are DirecTV satellite errors. Are you a previous satellite subscriber? Using the same credentials? You need to use a different credential for the service.

Thank you for your response to him.  This is frustrating as, like him only experience this on my PC.  Apple TV's are fine and there no problems.  I can tell you for me, that I was a satellite subscriber but I use a different credential due to the madness of this.  I will get locked out for a couple of days, then poof, I can log back on.  Next day, locked out.  So frustrating as I watch my tv in the computer room/office.

And, just like that, after two days of being shut out of Dtv Stream, it's back on!  No, I didn't change anything on my end (password, credentials).  Happy for the day!
