Why is Cloud DVR deleting shows without being told to?
We've had the service about a month and several shows have mysteriously disappeared without anyone deleting them. It's happened at least 4 times in just a month. Our Cloud DVR is unlimited, so it isn't hitting the max of 30 episodes (usually it deletes every episode of a series not just older ones). And they're supposed to stay on for nine months, which we've had the service for only a month. Anyone else see this or have a solution? Called ATT, they were supposed to check and get back to me, and didn't. Thanks.

Does this happen with all shows or only some? Perhaps the series recording settings has a limit for the amount of episodes at one point. You may want to look at those settings and check back here.

It's happened on several series, including one that right now has over 20 episodes and haven't been deleted. And it doesn't just delete a few shows that might be over a limit, it erases everything for that series.
Hopefully Directv looks at this forum, because if it keeps doing this, we will cancel them.
