Why when I stream is the guide unable to sort by Channel number correctly

During the day I stream directv in my office. They made changes and now when you sort by  channel number it is 265, 7, 612, 361... Half the time what is on the channel is incorrect. I have tried different browsers, cleared cache etc. Logged out... Once in a blue moon it is correct. Same issue on my mobile device. Starting to hate DirecTV. too bad....
