Women's teams in My Teams???

I would like to add women's teams I follow to My Teams under the Sports Central tab but there is no option to do so. I googled it and other customers have asked for this for a couple years now and customer support has responded vaguely but never addressed the actual issue nor has the feature been added. It's 2024.
