Won't let me log in to my streaming

I cannot sign in keeps telling me subscription cancelled. But I restarted my service.

What are you trying to log into exactly? What error code? Are you sure that you restarted your service? 

It helps to try to login online at directv.com to ensure that your subscription is active.
