Wrong Local Channels Zip Code 39571
I live on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in a city called Pass Christian.
Our ZIP code is 39571, which is also my billing address.
The local channels that are being displayed automatically are from New Orleans which is over 50 miles away.
All cities and zip codes around me, including ones that are closer to New Orleans than me are receiving the correct local channels out of Gulfport and Biloxi.
This is obviously a glitch in the DirecTV system, however phone customer service is unable or unwilling to resolve this for me.
They are saying it is based on my billing address and that it is generated automatically and they cannot change it.
By comparison YouTube TV and Hulu live TV both show the correct local channels for my zip code.
I am switching to DirecTV stream because YouTube TV lost our local ABC channel.

No I live right on the beach.
Harrison County.
Diamondhead is north of the interstate, and probably 25 miles away from me but perhaps that's why DirecTV's system is messed up with my location.
When you put in my zip code 39571, it does ask you Harrison or Hancock county. So DirecTV has it wrong for Harrison.
