On my system at Home. I have ATT Direct and now it is Direct TV stream.

I don't think you can remove the YouTube App. But you can log out of your YouTube account when you're done viewing that App. Or install the YouTube Kids App for your child.

Hello @jsiwicki19, we know how important it is for you to supervise your child's entertainment.
In this case pre-installed apps like YouTube can not be deleted. Like @litzdog911 mentioned before, we kindly recommend to install YouTube Kids where you can also manage your kid's profile by following these steps:
2-Tap Settings.
3-Under "My kids," select the profile you'd like to manage.
4-Enter your password, then tap Next.
