You don't, Disney+ is a separate streaming service and you go to their website to subscribe to it and you need the app on your smart TV or a streaming device connected to the TV.

You DON'T!

I don't know why people are not getting the concept of separate.  streaming.  service.

If you want Disney+, you don't add it to your DIRECTV.  It doesn't work that way.  It's not a channel you can add.

It's a streaming service.  You have to download an app to your streaming device.  And you have to buy it from Disney+ (okay, yes, you can pay through certain resellers, but you don't pay for it like you do Showtime, etc.).

It.  Has.  Nothing.  To.  Do.  With.  Your.  DIRECTV.  Account.  or.  Receiver.

Nothing.

(Sorry to take this out on you, but dang...)

And this same tirade applies to:

Discovery+

Paramount+

Peacock+

ESPN+

None of these are channels, all though some do have channels with the same name, less the plus symbol (Paramount as one example) available on services like DIRECTV.

Hulu+ has more in common with Disney+ or Paramount+ than with the Disney Channel or Paramount Channel.

All these people are trying to show some sort of superiority to you. Sorry for that. The difference betweeen cable, streaming, network etc is not that easy to understand.
