App says channel is not part of my package when it actually is

I tried to setup a recording of “It’s always sunny in Philadelphia” via the DirecTV app. When selecting the episode info, the resulting screen shows a message saying that FXX HD is not part of my programming package. However, the channel IS part of my package. In fact, I did setup the recording through my DVR instead. But why is this happening? I should be able to setup recordings for any channel I subscribe to.

I'm having the exact same issue on my FX app using my DirecTV sign in information. It says I'm connected and then I get the same code. Googled where to watch FX shows and found you can watch them on Hulu. Watching episode 2 from last night's Mayans right now. I am sure this doesn't fix it for everyone, but FX shows are available on HULU if you have an account.
