Cannot delete programs from my Directv App playlist

I cannot delete programs from my directv app playlist. When I press delete, it says program cannot be deleted. When I go my DVR list on TV, the program is not on the playlist but still appears on app playlist and cannot be deleted.

My playlist does not refresh on the app now either.

I also no longer have our FOX4 KC new station..

What has changed? I have deleted the app, reinstalled. I have logged out, restarted the IPAD and logged back in.. Nothing helps....

Hi @tammyray, we're happy to help with this inquiry.

In order to delete the downloaded recordings from the DIRECTV App, you'll need to set up the option from the receiver by following the directions below:

From the receiver, press MENU > Setup > Whole-home > Share Playlist > Allow Deletion > From All Rooms.

This setting allows deletions from the App. To delete the recordings on the app, refer to the following instructions:

From the My Downloads menu in the App, press and hold on the program wish to delete.

A pop-up will appear asking if want to delete and confirm deletion afterwards.

To delete the recordings on the Apple devices (iOS), you hold down the program's icon until it wiggles, then press the "X" to delete it.

On the other hand, to make sure your playlist updates correctly on the DIRECTV App, we recommend you to clear cache on your device, uninstall the app, refresh your device, reinstall the app, reset your router and receiver, then reconnect your app to your DVR to see if that helps with updating your playlist.

Regarding the inquiry about the missing channel, please follow the next steps:

- Go to Live TV screen in the DIRECTV App.

- By device:
1) Phone: Tap the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the screen > Live TV Streaming.
2) Tablet: Tap Live TV on the top menu bar.

- Make sure filters are set to All Channels and Guide.

Select My downloads

1st of all now after you push the menu button there is no setup button but there is a setting button, then there is the whole home button but when you push it there is no playlist  but only name location and manage clients
