Does the Appreciation Pack end on July 31 2022

We got the Appreciation Pack last year, but I didn't save the email.  Does it end on July 31st, 2022?

The Appreciation Pack lasts 12 months. If you waited longer than that, you may be billed. It’s best to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot to be sent to the billing department. Agents there can cancel the Appreciation Pack for you.

The appreciation pack is suppose to end automatically I was told.  I don't have to call.  It is one with these channels:

GSN -233 
NICKTOONS-302
UP TV-338
Logo-272
BET Her- 330
BBC World News-346
AWE (A Wealth of Entertainment)-387
Cheddar News-354
MTV Classic-336
Tastemade-235

Hi @Drusalina, we are glad that you enjoyed your DIRECTV Appreciation Pack.

We want to inform that the pack will get 10 additional channels for 12 months at no extra cost. The 10 channels will roll off after 12 months, the promotion was available only on 2021. If in a future we add a similar pack, you will get an email with the notification. Thank you so much for contacting DIRECTV.

But I don't know when It started.  I deleted my email and I don't know when it ends.  That is what I want to know.  My bill doesn't tell me when it started either.

Nevermind.  I dug out my old bills.  and realized that it ends in October 27th.  When I checked my recent bill again.  It says 10/28 - 10/27.  It would help if they put the YEAR on there also.  AT&T and DirecTV has never put on full dates to find out when promotions end.  It is very very frustrating for consumers!

We appreciate your feedback @Drusalina, it's important for us to make sure we provide the information the clearest way possible for our customer.

 

The email with the notification should have been sent on September 3, 2021, and the package should have started the next bill after it. You don't need to worry, once the promotion expires it will remove the channels, and won't generate any charge to the bill.
